The following are some highlights of this year's program.

Tuesday Preconference Sessions
TWO half-day options will be offered again this year! One will focus on Elections Administration and the other will cover issues related to Emergency Management. Registration fee for either seminar if $45/person. A few slots are available at both seminars for non-conference attendees at $55/person. To take advantage of this option, complete and fax (651-223-5307) the completed form to GTS with a handwritten note reflecting this "unadvertised" option.

Highlights of General Session Presenters
Wednesday Morning Kick-off Session -- A Minnesota idol and nationally-known trainer and keynote presenter, Renee Rogen, will present a powerful and high-energty introduction to this year's Conference with "Life's Your Legacy . . . Live It!"

Thursday -- As part of your mandated training, Secretary of State, Mark Ritchie will be part of the General Session that updates changes to your role as election administrators.

Friday General Sessions -- Trainer and consultant Sondra Weinzierl will start the morning focusing on personal and professional excellence with a session "You Too Can be a Minnesota Idol." The Friday finale will feature Jason Davis, KSTP's Host and Executive Producer of "On the Road" as he shares some his popular stories of how the best laid plans can go awry ... especially when you go "on the road."

Wednesday and Thursday will be PACKED with general and concurrent sessions. In addition, Thursday will feature the exhibit show, the Annual Meeting and, of course, the evening banquet. A few of the topics for Wednesday and Thursday sessions are: fund accounting, public speaking, gabling and liquor updates, capital improvement, utility billing, dangerous dogs, notary responsibilities, effective meetings and technology updates.

Thursday Exhibit Show
All five exclusive sponsor packages have sold out. A limited number of Gold and Silver sponsorships are still available (see Exhibit/Sponsor page). A very limited number of exhibit spaces remain. If you know of a vendor who has still not signed up, encourage them to do so ASAP. (download Exhibit/Sponsor Brochure)
