Registration and Pricing

How do I register?
You can register by clicking on Register Now button on the registration page, when registration opens in September 2018.

What methods can I use to pay?
You may pay with credit card, check, or purchase order. A payment must be made prior to the event, or payment will need to be collected upon entrance to the event.

What is the cost to attend?

What is included in the full registration price?
Registration fee includes conference attendance for the package you selected, documentation, conference program, conference app access and participation to the Network Reception. Lunch is provided on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 and breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 and Thursday, December 6, 2018.

How do I book my hotel reservations?
Room blocks are available at the Holiday Inn in St. Paul. More information will be available soon. Reserve your room at the Holiday Inn St. Paul Downtown at a discounted rate of $145 +tax (single or double occupancy) during December 3-6, 2018. Rooms at this rate are based on availability and must be reserved by November 5, 2018. Attendees can book at the discounted rate by calling the hotel directly (651-225-1515) and mentioning "IT Symposium", or by booking online here.

Are there any evening events?
The Golden GOVIT Awards Banquet and Networking Reception will take place on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Can I bring a guest to any parts of the Symposium?
Only to the Golden GOVIT Awards Banquet and Networking Reception on Wednesday, December 5. The other parts of the conference are for paid attendees only.

Are there any speaking opportunities at the event?
Yes. The request for proposal process is open until July 11, 2018.
