The amount of information that employees must respond to can be overwhelming. Effective communication is not whatís said; itís whatís heard. To be heard we must be able to speak in impromptu situations concisely with clarity and passion. In this session, you'll practice and learn the skills necessary to answer questions with one-minute responses that are clear and concise.
