State and Federal Privacy Considerations for Government Employees

Government organizations increasingly must meet both Minnesota and federal laws to fulfill resident, employee, and customer privacy legal requirements. This session will introduce the privacy laws that are most impactful to government organizations, present requirements established by these laws, and describe a framework organizations can use to address these requirements in an efficient manner. This session will include 40 minutes of open-question lecture, with 20 minutes for questions.
