Engaging Communities with Citizen-Centric Tech
Thursday, Dec. 7, 9:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.
Room: Ballroom B
The push to modernize, digitize, and put technology to use in government processes and services is stronger than ever. But these investments can be expensive, time consuming and sometimes go underutilized. Learn more about trends in citizen's use of technology, strategies for discovering and solving citizen frustrations, and successful ways to drive community members or internal customers to use the technology that's available to them. In this workshop you'll hear from peers on the work they're doing to engage their community via technology, and work in small teams to ideate and plan user-focused strategies to improve the technology planning, implementation, and adoption at your organization.
