Event and Program Design and Planning
We can work with your team to develop a plan and budget for your event. This can include brainstorming themes, keynote speakers, learning sessions, venues, and special events to attract the type and number of participants that you desire.

Want to participate in your event instead of manage it? We will handle all of the logistics before, during and after the event!
This includes working with the venue staff to layout and prepare the site, determining and placing food and beverage orders, coordinating audio/visual requirements, and ensuring proper flow of the event. Additionally, we will be on site to handle participant needs, troubleshoot issues and ensure your event goes as planned. Services include:
- Provide complete fiscal services from budget management to bill payment

- Oversee exhibitor registration at the event and onsite as needed
- Develop and disseminate exhibitor packet and post-conference survey
