Survey Research and Forms Management – An Innovative, Multi-Modal Platform

While most people today are internet-savvy, not all forms are suitable for completion online – they may be too long, too complex or may simply be out of internet range. In other situations, some disadvantaged groups simply do not have access to the internet and the only other option is to do it on paper. Recent innovations in the State of Minnesota’s Enterprise preferred research tool called Snap XMP is the culmination of years of development that now provides a platform to totally synchronize the power of the PC with the accessibility of online solutions. This platform integrates the completion of paper surveys with a scanning option that avoids the lengthy task of transposing the data from paper to the computer.
This session will provide a demonstration of these recent innovations in survey research and forms management. From simple survey instruments with
- Build awareness of today’s inclusive, accessible methods of data collection.
- Learn how to thoughtfully design multi-modal survey instruments within the integrated platform.
- Discover what methods are best employed for quantitative and qualitative reporting, and quickly understand the sometimes not so obvious aspects of the data.
