Building a Culture of Learning in a Virtual World
90 Minute Virtual Session
Learning Pathway: Building A Culture Of Learning
By now, many of us may be experiencing “virtual fatigue”, but virtual learning to one degree or another may be with us for the foreseeable future. How do we maintain human engagement and a positive culture of learning? In this interactive session, we will explore best practices and lessons learned from K-12 educators collected over the past few months from participants in our Virtual Lab sessions. Together, we will explore what it means to continue to build engagement and promote a positive school and district culture in a digital age. Participants will engage in active brainstorming, conversation and reflection on what culture of learning means and creative ways of building it; each participant will walk away with the experience of deep and meaningful conversation with their colleagues, learn some online engagement techniques and tools, and the product of the group’s creative thinking.
